Player

Upload, scan, listen.

Works with printed music — études, orchestral parts, vocal lines, and piano and choir as a beta. The scan reads the notes; then you play them back and see in the score which note is sounding.

Your first scan needs no sign-in; for more you create a free account. Your photo is sent to an AI service for recognition and stays in your library: 90 days without an account, with one until you delete it. Please only upload music you are allowed to use. Privacy details (German).

Questions

Quick answers.

Do I need an app to scan and play sheet music?

No. Everything runs in your browser — on a phone or a computer. Take or upload a photo, press play, done. Nothing to install — just a free account.

Is it really free?

With a free account, the first 4 staves of every piece are free. Each further page costs €1.99, no subscription.

What kind of sheet music works?

Printed single parts: études, orchestral and wind parts, vocal lines. As a beta also piano, choir and full scores with up to 5 staves per system, counted like any page. Not yet: handwriting.

Can I open the result in MuseScore?

Yes. Download the MusicXML file and open it in MuseScore (free), Sibelius, Dorico or Finale — slurs, dynamics and articulation come along. The MIDI file plays in any DAW or media player.

Can I transpose it, too?

Yes — that is what the sheet music transposer is for: same recognition, plus presets for B♭ and E♭ instruments and horn.
